New Delhi, 31st March 2026: Yoginii, a women-first wellness platform, is deepening its focus on accessible health education through its CSR initiative, Saheli: The Yoginii Circle. The program is designed to create safe and supportive spaces where girls and women can come together, learn, and share openly.

Launched in September 2025, Saheli has already hosted four sessions, thereby touching the lives of around 200 participants. These include three sessions with adolescent girls aged 13 to 15 across NGO communities, along with a special session for elderly women to mark Women’s Day.

At its core, Saheli is built as an interactive, experience-led program. The sessions cover a range of topics, from menstrual health and nutrition to mental well-being, movement, and breathwork. Instead of a lecture-style format, the idea is to encourage conversations, allowing participants to engage, ask questions, and express themselves freely.

“Saheli is not just about awareness it is about building confidence and enabling informed choices in everyday life. When women and young girls understand their bodies, nutrition, and mental well-being better, they are empowered to take charge of their health in a more sustainable and meaningful way. Through Saheli, we aim to create a ripple effect of awareness that extends beyond individuals into families and communities,” said Kashika Malhotra, Founder and CEO, Yoginii.

The initiative also takes on some of the less discussed challenges in women’s health, such as limited early education around menstruation, the stigma attached to mental health, and gaps in understanding everyday nutrition, balanced diets, and healthy food habits. It also addresses how lifestyle and dietary choices impact overall well-being, areas that are often overlooked in underserved communities. By combining traditional practices with a more contemporary understanding of well-being, Saheli aims to make these conversations more approachable.

Going forward, Yoginii plans to take Saheli to more communities in 2026, with a focus on women working in informal sectors such as factories and construction sites. The team also plans to host one session every month to ensure the initiative continues to build momentum at the grassroots level.

With its community-led approach, Saheli: The Yoginii Circle is steadily shaping up as a model that can be adapted across NGOs, schools, and other underserved spaces, helping create a more informed and confident generation of women.
