Two days workshop on ‘ Value Based Organisation Culture & Change Management’ for our valued employees from Jindal Power Ltd Tamnar, Shirpur, Simhapuri and Angul station was held on January 16th and 17th, 2024 at Jindal Institute of Power Technology, Jindal Power Ltd ,Tamnar.

AMARNATH VERMA, Former ED(HR), NTPC & Chairman UPL and Sh.Yogi Balkrishna -Spiritual teacher, thinker, author and founder of Vedanta Vidya Sansthan Trust , shared the knowledge and skills to navigate and lead cultural change within the organisation and enable a more adaptable and effective work environment.
