NAGPUR. Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) under the leadership of CMD, Shri J. P. Dwivedi inaugurated “Project SANDEEP,” a pioneering CSR initiative focused on empowering youth from WCL’s operational areas to prepare for recruitment in the Indian Armed Forces and other uniformed services.
The ceremony, held at Sanskrutik Bhawan, WCL Headquarters, was attended by senior officials including Shri Dwivedi, Shri Anandji Prasad, and Dr. Hemant Sharad Pande, along with distinguished guests from the defence and administrative sectors such as Air Vice Marshal (Retd.) Shri Vijay Wankhade, Colonel Shri Anshit Srivastava, and Shri Rishikesh Sonawanne (IPS). The initiative aims to nurture and equip young aspirants with the skills and confidence needed to serve the nation, reinforcing WCL’s commitment to social responsibility and national service.
