In a significant event today, the Vice-President of India, Sh. Jagdeep Dhankhar, visited BHEL’s Electronics Division (EDN) in Bengaluru. During his visit, he commended the leadership and workforce of BHEL, acknowledging their unwavering commitment to excellence and the organization’s consistent delivery of quality, reliable products that have contributed significantly to the nation’s growth.
The Vice-President emphasised that ‘Viksit Bharat’ is no longer just a dream but a concrete objective. He highlighted BHEL’s crucial role in achieving this vision, particularly through its vital contributions to the energy sector, railways, and nuclear energy development.
The distinguished gathering included the Hon’ble Governor of Karnataka, Sh. Thaawarchand Gehlot, and the Hon’ble Minister for Heavy Industries and Steel, Sh. H.D. Kumaraswamy. BHEL’s leadership was represented by Sh. K. Sadashiv Murthy, CMD, and Sh. Shyam Babu, Executive Director of EDN.
