Trivandrum, May 19, 2025 – Shri R.K. Nair, Former Executive Director of Corporate Communications at NTPC, was felicitated with a Lifetime Achievement Award for his immense contributions to the field of Corporate Communications. These awards were conferred by Shri G. R. Anil, Minister for Food and Civil Supplies, Kerala during the Tusker Entrepreneurship & Professional Leadership Awards, organized by the Indo Continental Trade & Entrepreneurship Promotion Council in Trivandrum.
A pioneer among India’s PR professionals, Shri Nair spearheaded numerous innovations in corporate communications at NTPC. His visionary campaigns earned widespread acclaim and significantly enhanced NTPC’s reputation. The ceremony was attended by Shri K.M. Prashanth, GM (Corporate Communications), NTPC; Shri K. Ravindran, Former GM (Corporate Communications), NTPC & Director ICTEP. Shri Vinay Kumar, Shri U S Kutty, from ICTEP and leading communications professionals from BPCL, Ramky Foundation, ESAF Small Finance Bank, Goa Shipyard etc. attended the event.
