Bengaluru, November 18, 2025 –Ultraviolette, an innovator in future-ready Electric Vehicle Platforms and Battery Technology, has officially launched its flagship performance motorcycles- the F77 MACH 2 RECON and F77 SuperStreet RECON in the United Kingdom. The strategic expansion is in partnership with MotoMondo, Ultraviolette’s exclusive distribution partner in the region, marking a significant milestone in the company’s international growth journey.
Following its global expansion plans, Ultraviolette is steadily strengthening its presence in the performance electric segment, backed by robust investors, and advanced research and development capabilities. Drawing inspiration from the world of aeronautics, Ultraviolette’s F77 series brings cutting-edge technology to British roads, wrapped in a strikingly futuristic design. With aerodynamically honed bodywork, the F77s deliver a riding experience that’s both performance oriented and deeply engaging. The F77 MACH 2 boasts a race-inspired, assertive stance, engineered for those who crave an adrenaline-charged ride. Narayan Subramaniam, CEO & Co-founder of Ultraviolette, stated “Earlier this year, we achieved a key milestone with the launch of the F77s across Europe, followed by the showcase of our future product lineup at EICMA. Today, I am pleased to announce that the F77 is officially launched in the United Kingdom, a nation renowned for its deep motorcycling heritage. It is a proud moment for us as we bring advanced performance and innovation to riders across the UK. With progression on the UK-India Free Trade Agreement, we believe it will further enhance the ease of bringing advanced mobility technology to the region and strengthen cross-border collaboration. We have unveiled our future product line-up: the world’s first motorcycle with radar as standard- the X-47 Crossover, along with our scooter platform- the Tesseract, and our light motorcycle platform-the Shockwave. Our product portfolio offers a clear glimpse into the future of mobility, where intelligence, purposeful design, and instinctive safety come together. With the support of our strategic partner MotoMondo, Ultraviolette is committed to setting new benchmarks across the United Kingdom and beyond.”
The F77 delivers an impressive performance with 30 kW of peak electrical power and 100 Nm of torque enabling swift acceleration, agile handling, and a top speed of 155 kph. Powered by a 10.3 kWh battery pack, it offers a range of up to 323 kms (IDC). Ultraviolette’s electric motorcycles are equipped with cutting-edge technology, including the company’s proprietary artificial intelligence system, Violette A.I., and industry-leading switchable Dual-Channel ABS developed by Bosch. Additional advanced features such as 10 levels of Regenerative Braking, 4 levels of Traction Control, Dynamic Stability Control and a suite of safety and performance enhancements ensure an intelligent, secure, and exhilarating riding experience.
At the Motorcycle Live Show, Ultraviolette proudly showcased its future line-up of products. Among the highlights was the unveiling of the X-47Crossover – a unique motorcycle that fuses two distinct motorcycle segments. Engineered for versatility across diverse terrains, the X-47 is the first in its class to feature integrated radar technology as standard, setting a new benchmark for safety and innovation in modern motorcycling. Its radar system intelligently adapts to lean angles of up to 20 degrees and seamlessly compensates for variations in roll and pitch, ensuring optimal performance and situational awareness on the move. With this breakthrough, Ultraviolette becomes the first manufacturer to introduce Advanced Rider Assistance System powered by UV HyperSense. Engineered to elevate rider awareness and safety, the system delivers its capabilities through four core functions:
- Blind spot detection – Actively scans the rider’s blind zones, detecting vehicles that are fast approaching or overtaking in adjacent lanes, providing timely alerts to enhance situational awareness and prevent potential collisions.
- Lane change assist – Proactively alerts the rider of any potential collision risks while initiating a lane change, helping prevent unsafe manoeuvres and enhancing overall road safety.
- Overtake alert – Monitors vehicles approaching in adjacent lanes from the rear intending to overtake especially in blind spots, providing timely visual cues to the rider.
- Rear collision warning – Detects potential rear-end collision threats and instantly communicates warnings to the rider through the integrated UV HyperSense mirrors. Simultaneously, the system activates hazard lights to alert approaching vehicles, enhancing safety in critical moments.
The X-47 also introduces with it the World’s Most Power Dense Air-Cooled On-board Charger. The motorcycle can be equipped with an in-built onboard charger, designed for seamless AC charging. Backed by comprehensive safety systems including robust surge protection, electrical grounding and EMI/EMC filtration, the onboard charger ensures reliable, secure, and stress-free charging at all times. The onboard charger is engineered to deliver full power output even in extreme ambient temperatures of 45° to 50°C.
Ultraviolette also showcased ‘Tesseract’- the world’s first scooter to incorporate both radar and dashcam technology, seamlessly integrated with Omnisense mirrors- providing advanced safety technologies such as Blindspot Detection, Lane Change, Overtaking Assist, and real-time Collision Alerts. It is also equipped with Traction control and Dynamic regen for enhanced safety and optimizing energy consumption. In addition, Tesseract boasts a 7″ touchscreen TFT display, and multi-colour LED displays embedded in the ORVMs – further enhancing rider awareness and reducing the risk of accidents: making every journey safer and more enjoyable. The Tesseract is designed to take on all road conditions with its 14” wheels, industry-defining aerodynamics, and a generous 34 litres of under-seat storage.
Its ‘Shockwave’ is a meticulously designed and engineered lightweight motorcycle, to meet the demands of riders seeking an exhilarating riding experience and reigniting the joy in riding. It promises the same iconic thrill of the ‘2-stroke’ motorcycling era that represented the lightweight, fun, and accessible motorcycles. The Shockwave delivers an impressive 505 Nm of torque at the rear wheel and accelerates from 0 to 60 km/h in just 2.9 seconds. It also features a 19-inch spoked front wheel fitted with a 90/90 R19 tyre and a 17-inch spoked rear wheel equipped with a 110/90 R17 tyre.
Jan Ykema, Managing Director of MotoMondo, commented “We are proud to bring Ultraviolette to the UK, marking a historic first step in bringing their revolutionary electric motorcycles to riders across the United Kingdom. The F77 series embodies cutting-edge technology, aerodynamic precision, and performance-driven engineering, perfectly aligning with the dynamic motorcycling culture in the UK. It is a genuine and affordable mobility solution in a world where there will be more and more restrictions for ICE vehicles of which the cost of ownership will continue to rise. We are excited to partner with Ultraviolette and look forward to seeing the enthusiasm of riders as they experience the future of motorcycling first-hand.”
