The Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) has recommended the name of Shri Varun Kumar Shukla as the Chairman and Managing Director of Hindustan Salts Ltd, a Schedule C company. Shukla is currently serving as General Manager at Richardson and Cruddas (1972) Ltd.
A total of seven candidates were shortlisted for the interview. The candidates hailed from reputed public sector organisations like RINL, Defence Research and Development, and Richardson and Cruddas 1972 Ltd.
