This collaboration will produce a high functioning mobile app where customers can find Nik Baker’s unique products, place orders easily, receive tailored recommendations, and redeem loyalty points and promotional rewards with multiple payments and a convenient checkout process.
Inside the cafes, the initiative is meant to revolutionize in-store eating with a powerful POS system. Table-scannable QR codes on each table will allow customers to access digital menus and order instantly. The orders will be exactly in sync with the central admin panel and kitchen display system, resulting in faster, accurate, and efficient service.
