NEW DELHI. Pawan Hans Limited (PHL), India’s premier helicopter services company and a Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, today announced that Shri Sunil Kumar Nagdawne has assumed charge as its CMD with effect from 3 July 2026. Shri Nagdawne brings with him over three decades of distinguished leadership experience spanning aviation, energy, infrastructure management, operational excellence and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to joining Pawan Hans, he served as General Manager (Aviation), Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), where he led critical aviation fuel operations, airport infrastructure initiatives and strategic business development activities supporting both civil and defence aviation sectors.
