14th November 2022, Gurugram: Summer Fields School celebrated Children’s Day with pomp and festivity. The school organised a host of fun filled events for students of all age groups. The list of events included magic shows, Disney Jungle Book puppetry, outdoor games, pottery exhibitions and tattoo designing. The students got a special treat from their teachers, who put up a special performance to wish them the best on this special day. The day saw all the children take part enthusiastically in the events and have photo sessions with their classmates.
Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Soumya Taneja, Head of Junior School, Summer Fields School extolled her students and shared her thoughts, “We do not inherit this earth from our forefathers, we borrow it from our children. I firmly believe that all the children are the future of this country. Today, on the occasion of Children’s Day, as we celebrate all our children, we wish you all the best for your future endeavours. Always strive for excellence and success will follow in your footsteps”.
The special Children’s Day activities culminated with the students of Summer Fields School spending a memorable day with their teachers in what is sure to be a memory that will be cherished by everyone at the school.
