NEW DELHI. Shri Subhas Chandra Lal Das (Retd. IAS, 1992 ) has been appointed Chairman of the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission — breaking from the tradition of appointing retired High Court judges to the post, which was vacant for over a year. Shri Ajay Kumar Jain as Member (Legal) and Shri Praveen Gupta as Member (Non-Legal) also joined DERC.
