Two students of Home & Hope, Rourkela, a Special School for the differently-abled children patronised by SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP), have brought laurels to the Steel City by wining awards at the Down Syndrome National Game held at Kochi in association with special Olympics Bharat, Kerala.
Subhranshu Maharana, a bright student of the school bagged Gold in Shotput and Silver in 50 metre race in the event. Subhranshu is the son of Mr. R K Moharana, Deputy Manager (Town Engineering), RSP.
Aniket Sharma, another talent of the school bagged Bronze medal in running competition in the same event.
