STAAH Channel Manager Bizzgrow Hotels
The group’s three properties — Silvotel in Indore, Hotel Skylon and Hotel Epsilon in Ahmedabad and The Hotel Bliss in Patna — have integrated STAAH’s Channel Manager into their system and clocked a boost in productivity, operations and revenue

Mumbai: June 30, 2026 – STAAH, an access company which is a leading global hospi-tech solutions firm, has enabled the properties of Bizzgrow Hotels in Ahmedabad, Patna and Indore to streamline their online distribution model by enabling the group to connect to new channels of business in B2C and B2B segment.
The properties have successfully integrated STAAH’s Channel Manager solution, enhancing their connectivity, expanding market reach, improving visibility across platforms, and driving higher booking volumes.
“Before we integrated STAAH’s Channel Manager, we had not tapped into several potential business channels in these cities, which was affecting the revenue across these locations. Now, we’ve gained momentum in productivity for all our hotels and are exploring new opportunities in the market that we never had access to before,” said Abhijeet Deshmukh, MD – Bizzgrow Hotels.
For hospitality groups with multiple properties, STAAH’s Channel Manager seamlessly aligns their bookings across OTA platforms  and the website through a single interface, ensuring real-time updates of rates, availability and guest data. As a result, hoteliers avoid over bookings and are able to enjoy the advantages of dynamic pricing.
STAAH’s Channel Manager also minimises manual involvement, cutting down the risks of human errors and enhances operational efficiency, thereby allowing the staff to remain focused on enhancing guest experiences, and hoteliers to drive higher revenue.
“For many groups like Bizzgrow Hotels, broadening their customer base and creating new business opportunities in the B2C and B2B segments is one of the most challenging aspects of the business. At STAAH, we invest a lot of time and effort in training our team to offer the most professional onboarding and training services to our clients, handholding them through every aspect of the transition,” said Shoaib Ali – National Sales Head India, STAAH.
