Bardwi Shikla Ladies Club donated 123 umbrellas to the students of Chedamari LP School under Kalipukhuri VCDC, Kokrajhar, to help them brave the monsoon season. The donation was led by Club President Smt. Kasturi Maitra, who emphasized the importance of providing children with essential amenities to ensure regular and comfortable school attendance. Vice President Smt. Soumya Kar interacted with the students, encouraging them to pursue their education diligently while reaffirming the club’s ongoing support.
Shri Krishno Kanta Das, Principal of the school, expressed heartfelt gratitude, noting how the umbrellas will significantly benefit students who walk long distances in challenging weather.
