SJVN Green Energy Limited has inked a Power Usage Agreement with Jammu & Kashmir Power Corporation. The deal involves supplying 300 MW of solar power from the 1,000 MW Bikaner Solar Power Project in Rajasthan. The project, developed under the CPSU Scheme of IREDA, is set to commission by July 2024, supporting India’s goal of 50% energy from non-fossil-fuel sources by 2030.
