CMD, NSIC was invited as a distinguished speaker in the Directors’ Conclave on the occasion of 34th Annual Day of Institute of Directors, held on August 09, 2024, at New Delhi. In his keynote address, during the session “Improving Board Effectiveness through strengthening the Role of IDs & Making Board Committees More Agile” CMD, NSIC highlighted the importance of governance, particularly in the areas of board structures, committees, and risk management, with focus on Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
