An intensive Crisis Communication workshop was conducted by Rahul Kashyap, Executive Director at PR Professionals and prominent PR expert, for ADPR students at the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi, on 24 November 2025. The session focused on real and recent crisis scenarios, assessing how organisations managed them, including both effective strategies and common pitfalls.
Kashyap shared practical insights and industry-tested methods to help future communicators remain composed, think strategically, and act responsibly in high-pressure situations. The workshop proved highly interactive and enriching, offering students a deeper understanding of timely communication, strategic decision-making, and effective crisis management.
