Mr. Nilang T. Desai, Senior Partner at AZB & Partners, one of India’s leading law firms in Restructuring & Insolvency and Structured Finance matters, has taken over in place of Mr. Abizer Diwanji, who was a Senior Partner in EY, Head of Financial Services segment till recently. Mr. Desai brings 20 yrs of experience of domestic and international business reorganizations and restructuring matters having acted on many market firsts in this space. Mr. Nilang also represents banks, financial institutions, multilateral and bilateral institutions as well as borrowers in connection with Indian and offshore structured debt transactions.
