Shri Biranchi Das has taken over as Director (Personnel) of #CoalIndia subsidiary SECL. He was serving as General Manager at Coal India’s subsidiary MCL before assuming this charge. Shri Das brings with him a rich and extensive experience of over 29 years in diverse areas of human resource management. He is an alumnus of the Department of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, Utkal University, Odisha.
