Secretary, Ministry of Mines, Shri Vivek Bharadwaj discussed the contours of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ambassador from Mongolia for exploration and extraction of Copper and Rare Earth Elements. We expect the MoU to be finalized at an early date.
