South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), a subsidiary of Coal India Limited, has launched multiple digital platforms to modernise its HR, land, and contract management systems under the government’s Special Campaign 5.0. The initiative, aligned with the Digital India programme, aims to enhance transparency, efficiency, and record-keeping. Key additions include an Internal Selection Portal for online recruitment, a Contract Monitoring Portal for real-time project tracking, and a Land and R&R Portal to digitise land and compensation records. SECL also introduced portals for manpower budgeting, performance incentives, and HPV vaccination registration under Mission Sanjeevani. Tools like the Jatayu Dashboard and Security Pass Portal further streamline administration. The digital transition marks a major reform in SECL’s governance and operational efficiency.
