SECL CMD Shri Harish Duhan, visited the Gevra Mega Project to take stock of the ongoing mining operations. During his field visit, he held a comprehensive review with project officials and discussed several key operational areas.
Shri Duhan reviewed the status of land possession and disbursement of compensation, emphasizing the need to expedite pending cases through effective coordination among departments.
He also assessed the preparations being made for the upcoming monsoon season, and Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM), focusing on availability, utilization, and maintenance and instructed officials to ensure all necessary measures are in place to maintain smooth operations during rains. He urged all teams to remain committed to safety, environmental protection, and social responsibility while executing their duties.
