BILASPUR. South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) held its 40th Annual General Meeting through video conferencing from its corporate office in Bilaspur. The meeting was attended by Coal India Limited Chairman B. Sairam, SECL CMD Harish Duhan and senior officials from CIL and SECL, including functional directors and the Company Secretary. The company’s statutory, cost and secretarial auditors also participated. Shareholders unanimously approved all resolutions relating to the ordinary and special business placed before the AGM.
