NEW DELHI – SCOPE successfully concluded its flagship Advanced Global Leadership Program (AGLP 2.0) with a concluding session attended by Shri Atul Sobti, Director General, SCOPE; Shri Anil Kumar Jadli, Director (HR), NTPC Limited; Smt. Sangeeta Ramrakhyani, Director (HR), Central Warehousing Corporation; Shri Uttam Lal, Director (Personnel), NHPC Limited; and Program Directors Prof. Prashant Mishra and Prof. Biswatosh Saha from IIM Calcutta. Certificates were awarded to participants in recognition of their successful completion of the programme, which was designed to equip senior executives of Public Sector Enterprises with contemporary leadership skills, global exposure and strategic insights. AGLP 2.0 included a five-day academic module at IIM Calcutta, a two-day leadership workshop at SCOPE, and a two-week international study-cum-business tour to New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia and Singapore, offering exposure to global best practices and innovative technologies. During the session, participants shared key learnings and experiences, underscoring the importance of global benchmarking and innovation-driven thinking for strengthening leadership in the public sector.
