Agra, August 2024: Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority of Indian Railways, has invited bids for the residential development of Railway Land at Belanganj, Agra under the Agra Division of North Central Railway.
The total land area to be leased to the developer is 90,304 Sqm (9.03 Ha). The land will be leased for 99 years with a reserve price of INR 262.3 crore. The Floor Area Ratio (FAR) for the Belanganj site offered for development is 1.275 and the Floor Area offered is approx. 1,15,138.00 Sqm (12,39,337 Sq. ft).

The site is bounded by the Motilal Nehru Road in the north, arterial road in the east, residential colony in the south and a 6 m wide arterial road in the west.
