VIZAG .Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), the corporate entity of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, paid heartfelt tributes to its former Chairman and Managing Director, Shri J. Mehra, who passed away on February 25, 2026, in Delhi.
CMD, Directors, CVO, and senior officials expressed deep sorrow and extended condolences to his family. Shri Mehra joined RINL as Director (Operations) in January 1992 and assumed charge as CMD on June 1, 1993. His leadership was instrumental in strengthening the organisationโs operational stability and guiding it towards sustained growth.
