Residents of DLF Midtown celebrated International Yoga Day

  • Over 500 people participated in the celebration in the green expanse overlooking DLF Midtown, Moti Nagar

New Delhi: DLF, a listed real estate company, joined hands with Bhartiya Yoga Sansthan, a renowned yoga institution, to celebrate International Yoga Day on Wednesday, 21st June 2023. The event took place at the acres of greens abutting the community, attracting an outstanding participation of over 500 enthusiastic individuals.

The event commenced at 6:00 am, as the tranquil surroundings of DLF Midtown set the perfect ambiance for a soulful and rejuvenating experience. All the residents of DLF Midtown and other participants from Delhi NCR were guided by expert yoga instructors from Bhartiya Yoga Sansthan, who led them through various yoga asanas and meditation techniques.

To encourage a healthy lifestyle and foster a sense of unity among participants, DLF and Bhartiya Yoga Sansthan organized a captivating event that brought together yoga enthusiasts from diverse backgrounds. The celebration encouraged physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through the practice of yoga.
