Through the “Healing Little Hearts” CSR initiative, REC has extended ?30 crore as CSR assistance to provide free medical support to children born with congenital heart disease. Under this initiative, 2,100 surgeries have already been conducted at SSSHET’s Sanjeevani hospitals in Raipur, Palwal and Panvel.

Congenital heart disease is one of the most common causes of infant mortality in India. This intervention is truly a ‘gift of life’ for young hashtag#CHDWarriors! The SSSHET has dedicated a ward in the name of REC Ltd. at its Sanjeevani Hospital, Raipur, reflecting the joint commitment towards saving little hearts affected by congenital diseases.
