NMDC Limited has announced the appointment of Shri Anurag Kapil, an officer from the Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS), as its new Director (Finance) for a five-year term. The Ministry of Steel approved the appointment, which will see Shri Kapil transition from his current role as Executive Director (Finance Expenditure) at the Railway Board to lead NMDCโs financial strategy. With his extensive background in public sector management and resource planning, he will be responsible for overseeing the companyโs budgeting and financial operations from the date he assumes charge.
