Term Loan agreement, Escrow agreement, and Hypothecation Deeds worth ₹588 crore were signed by REC with Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) for their TUBED coal mines.
The agreements were signed by Sh. Santosh Kumar Sahu, Sr. CPM, REC Regional Office – Kolkata, on behalf of REC, and Sh. Durgesh Maity, Sr. GM (Finance), on behalf of DVC. The event was graced by Sh. S. Suresh Kumar, CMD – DVC, Member (Technical), Member (Finance), Member (Secretary) and other senior DVC officials.
