In a significant boost to vocational education, REC Foundation has extended financial assistance of ₹9.06 crore for the construction of a 26,225 sq. ft workshop and classroom facility at the Ramakrishna Mission’s technical campus in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This initiative reflects REC’s commitment to nation-building through impact investing in education and skill development. The MoA was signed by Smt. Thara Ramesh, Chief Program Manager for Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, on behalf of REC Foundation, while Shri Narayanan Thirupathy, Independent Director of REC Ltd., graced the occasion as the chief guest.
