CMD, REC, Sh. Vivek Kumar Dewangan shed light on REC’s remarkable journey in powering rural and urban areas, electrifying 80,000 villages in just 987 days and about 2.86 crore households within 18 months. He also highlighted that the power supply availability in rural areas has gone up from 12-14 hours to exceeding 22 hours now and in Urban areas, over 23.5 hours of power supply.
