The project sanctioned under REC’s CSR initiative aims to support economically backward students of GNPGCS to actively pursue their interest in sports.
The program was also graced by Nominee Director REC, Executive Director East Zone REC and other senior officials from power utilities & higher education along with Sh. Sanjay Mishra, General Secretary, Indian Badminton Association.
Sh. Vivek Kumar Dewamgan addressed students on the importance of sports with classroom education. He also highlighted REC’s key role in implementation of various government schemes and sustainable development through the Renewable Energy Sector.
