Ms. Rashmi Govil has taken charge as Director (Human Resources) at Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IndianOil), a Fortune-500 energy major having one of the largest customer interfaces in India.
She previously served as Executive Director (HRD & Employee Relations), excelling in roles across various company divisions. Recognized for her strategic acumen, she spearheaded initiatives like the ‘Srijan’ innovation cell and drove enterprise-wide SAP implementation.
