NEW DELHI. The Ministry of Railways has handed Rahul Himalian the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director of the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd.. Taking over today, Himalian succeeds Sanjay Kumar Jain, who recently resigned from the position.
