POWERGRID has declared its 400/220 kV Pirana Substation as the first Pink Substation of its Western Region-II. Pink Substations of POWERGRID are operated and headed by women executives, reflecting the company’s strong commitment to women empowerment. The Pirana Substation is led by Smt. Archana Kumari, DGM, POWERGRID. On this occasion, Shri Rajesh Kumar Gupta, Regional Head (WR-II), inaugurated the Pink Substation along with other senior officials.
