This Substation is POWERGRID’s first Pink station of the region. Pink substations of POWERGRID are operated and headed by women executives in line with its commitment towards Women Empowerment. The substation is being headed by Ms. Kiran Singh, Sr. DGM, POWERGRID. On this occasion, Sh. Y. K. Dixit, ED (Northern Region – III) along with other senior officials was present. POWERGRID has been consistently rated as one of the Best Places for Women to Work.
POWERGRID declares 400/220 kV Lucknow substation as Pink Sub-station.
