NEW DELHI. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, accompanied by Union Minister Manohar Lal and Secretary Srinivas Katikithala, visited the GPRA Type-V quarters in Sarojini Nagar to review the progress of the massive redevelopment project being executed by NBCC. During the visit, the Prime Minister engaged with women shramjeevis involved in the construction and was briefed by NBCC’s female staff on the project’s milestones, which follow the successful completion of the Nauroji Nagar World Trade Center last year. To mark the occasion, the Prime Minister officially handed over allotment keys to new residents, highlighting the impact of this large-scale urban initiative that includes the transformation of both Sarojini and Netaji Nagar into modern residential hubs.
