Anurag Jain , Secretary, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade’s (DPIIT), has been awarded for PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan.

Shahmeena Husain , Principal Secretary (PH & FW) & Commissioner (Health), Gujarat, has been awarded for State Organ & Tissue Transplant Organisation (SOTTO).

Ravindra Kumar Mander ,, District Magistrate of Rampur in Uttar Pradesh, has been awarded for “Sanvardhana” (vocal for local) initiative.
