PFCCL announced its final dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, during its 17th AGM. Shri Manoj Kumar Rana, CEO of PFCCL, presented the dividend cheque to Smt. Parminder Chopra, CMD of PFC, in the presence of senior officials. For FY 2024-25, PFCCL declared a dividend of ₹111.11 crore, equivalent to ₹21,267 per share, accounting for 62% of its Profit After Tax (PAT). This reflects the company’s strong financial performance and commitment to shareholder value.
