Public Enterprises Selection Board panel has recommended the name of Debi Prasad Satpathy for the post of BEML’s new Director-HR. Satpathy is working with BEML only as the Executive Director (HR).
Satpathy brings over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resource and Development in Central and State Government sectors. He began his illustrious career as an Executive Trainee at the Nagaon Paper Mill of Hindustan Paper Corporation Ltd in Assam.Over the years, he demonstrated exceptional leadership and proficiency, progressing to the role of Manager HR within 15 years.
