The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended the name of Shri Harish Duhan for the new Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of SECL.
Shri Duhan is presently working as Director Technical in Central Coalfields Limited, a subsidiary of Coal India. Shri Duhan has rich experience of more than 34 years in the mining sector which includes experience in implementation of First Mile Connectivity projects, digitization and development of solar projects.

WAPCOS is honoured to receive the prestigious “Leading PSU – Rainwater Harvesting and Groundwater Management” award and the “Special Recognition Award – Leading Organisation in Development Sector” at the Water Transversality Global Awards and Conclave 2024, held in New Delhi on December 6, 2024.
The awards were presented by Shri Raj Bhushan Choudhary, Hon’ble Minister of State for Jal Shakti, Government of India, and received on behalf of WAPCOS by Shri Amitabh Tripathi, Sr. Executive Director.
