The PESB panel has recommended the name of Praveen Kulkarnifor the post Director (Operations) of Goa Shipyard Limited. Presently, he is serving as Commander in the Indian Navy.
Kulkarni has been recommended for the post of Director (Operations) of GSL from a list of eight candidates, who were interviewed by the PESB panel in its selection meeting held on March 15. Out of eight candidates two candidates were from Indian Navy including Kulkarni, two candidates from GSL, two candidates from Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) and one each from Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDSL) and Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL).
