The Selection Meeting was held on 05.06.2024 and in compliance of interim judgement dated 04.06.2024 of Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka in the matter of WP No. 14454 of 2024, Shri Satyender Rai, Executive Director, NMDC
was not allowed to appear in the Selection Meeting and the result was not finalised by the PESB. Further, in compliance of the modified interim order dated 05.07.2024 of High Court of Karnataka in this Writ Petition, Shri Satyender Rai was called for Selection Meeting scheduled on 13.08.2024 at 10.30 AM. The performance of the candidates including Shri Satyender Rai was assessed and the Board made recommendation for the post of Director (Production), NMDC.
The above recommendation is subject to the final outcome of the WP No. 14454 of 2024 filed in the Hon’bleHigh Court of Karnataka.
