NEW DELHI. The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Shri Pushp Kumar Nayar for appointment as Director (Human Resources) of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a Schedule ‘A’ Maharatna Central Public Sector Enterprise. The recommendation was made during PESB Meeting No. 16/2026 held at 8:45 AM on February 24, 2026, following a comprehensive selection process that included senior HR leaders from leading public sector organisations. Currently serving as Executive Director (HRD) at BPCL, Nayar brings extensive experience in human resource development, organisational strategy, leadership development, and workforce transformation, and emerged as the top choice among a competitive panel of candidates.
