NEW DELHI. The Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) has recommended the name Shri Rakesh Nandan Sahay for the post of Director (Personnel) of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL). Currently he is serving as Additional General Manager (HR) at NTPC Ltd.
