NEW DELHI. The Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) conducted selection interviews on December 17, 2025, for the post of Director (Finance) at Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), which is currently vacant, but found none of the 10 candidates suitable for appointment. Following the outcome, PESB has advised the administrative ministry, the Ministry of Railways, to decide on the next course of action for filling the post, including considering the Search-cum-Selection Committee (SCSC) route or any other appropriate mechanism, subject to approval of the competent authority.
