AMRAVATI. ONGC has activated its crisis management teams after a fire erupted due to a gas leak during workover operations at the Mori-5 well in the Mori field of Andhra Pradesh’s Ambedkar Konaseema district . The company said the leak was reported by PEC operator Deep Industries Limited and that preparatory work is underway to bring the well under control, including capping if necessary, to ensure safety and prevent further escalation.
