The Board of Directors had approved the appointment of Shri Devendra Kumar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with immediate effect, as per the exchange filing made. Shri Devendra Kumar joined ONGC in February 1991 and has over 33 years of experience in different functions of Finance & Accounts including around 15 years with ONGC Videsh Ltd.
