Oil India Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the District Commissioner Office, Goalpara, for the supply and installation of a Laparoscopic Surgical System and Centre Sterile Supply Department equipment at Martyr Nidhanu Ram Rajbongshi Civil Hospital, Goalpara. This initiative is part of the Transformation of Aspirational District project for the fiscal years 2025-27 and underscores the company’s commitment to the ‘Health and Nutrition’ theme promoted by the Ministry.
The MoU was signed by Shri Madhurjya Barua, Executive Director (HR & FA), Oil India Limited, and Shri Prodip Timung, Additional Chief Secretary, District Commissioner, Goalpara, in the presence of officials from Oil India and the district administration. This collaborative effort aims to enhance healthcare infrastructure and improve medical services in the region.
